Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Bandar Lampung. Head east on Jl. Raden Intan towards Jl. Sudirman. Continue on Jl. Sudirman for approximately 7 km. Then, take the ramp onto Jl. Laksamana Yos Sudarso and continue for about 10 km. After that, turn left onto Jl. Ki Mas Saidi and follow the signs towards Padang Cermin. As you reach the area of Padang Cermin, look for Gunung Muncak. The Tirtayasa Summit is located at G66V+PJR, which is accessible via a small road leading up to the summit. Ensure to have a reliable GPS or map, as mobile signal may vary.

• Public Transportation

  For public transportation, take a minibus (angkot) from Bandar Lampung to Pesawaran. The minibus terminal is located near the center of Bandar Lampung. Confirm with the driver that they are heading to Pesawaran. The fare is typically around IDR 20,000. Once you reach Pesawaran, you can hire a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) to take you to Tirtayasa Summit. The ojek fare can range from IDR 30,000 to IDR 50,000, depending on negotiation. Provide the driver with the destination address (G66V+PJR, Gunung Muncak, Sukajaya Lempasing) to ensure they know where to take you.

• Combination (Car & Ojek)

  If you prefer a combination of car and ojek, you can drive to the nearest point accessible by car to the summit. Park your vehicle at a safe location and then hire an ojek to take you the remaining distance to Tirtayasa Summit. This is particularly useful if the road becomes difficult to navigate by car. The ojek fare should be negotiated beforehand, and expect to pay between IDR 30,000 and IDR 50,000 based on distance and negotiation.
