Getting There

• Public Transport - Bus

  From the center of Makassar, head to the nearest bus station that services the Angkot (minibus) routes. Look for Angkot route number 7 or 8, which heads towards Antang. Board the Angkot and pay the fare (usually around IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000). Stay on the bus until you reach the terminal at Antang. From the terminal, walk approximately 1 kilometer to Balang Tonjong Lake, following the signs or asking locals for directions to 'RFMP+HP4, Balang Tonjong'.

• Motorcycle Taxi (Ojek)

  If you prefer a quicker route, you can use a motorcycle taxi (Ojek). Open a ride-sharing app like Gojek or Grab on your smartphone. Enter your pickup location in the city center and set your destination as 'RFMP+HP4, Balang Tonjong, Antang'. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting the trip.

• Walking from Antang

  If you are already in the Antang area, you can walk to Balang Tonjong Lake. Start from the Antang Terminal and head southeast on Jalan Antang Raya. Continue straight until you reach Jalan Balang Tonjong. Turn left and follow the street until you arrive at Balang Tonjong Lake. The walk is about 1 kilometer and will take around 15 to 20 minutes.
