    If you are traveling by car, start from Ambon, the capital city of Maluku. Head southeast on Jl. Raya Pattimura towards Jl. Soekarno-Hatta. Continue on Jl. Soekarno-Hatta until you reach the intersection with Jl. Siliwangi. Turn left onto Jl. Siliwangi and follow the road as it curves. Keep going straight for approximately 20 km. You will pass through several small towns along the way. Look for signs directing you to Suli and Salahutu. Once you reach Suli, follow local signs to Pantai Sopapei, which is located in the bawah area of Suli. The beach is approximately 5 km from the main road.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, start at the Ambon bus terminal. Look for a bus or minivan heading to Salahutu, which is a common route. The fare is usually around IDR 20,000 to 30,000. Once you arrive in Salahutu, you will need to take a local ojek (motorcycle taxi) or a shared taxi to reach Pantai Sopapei. The ojek ride will cost around IDR 10,000 to 15,000 and will take about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver that you want to go to Pantai Sopapei in the bawah area.
