Hiking Sibayak volcanoe and city tour arround Berastagi

Wonderful trip

I have traveled extensively throughout Asia, including Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan, as well as many other destinations around the world. I can honestly say that Ms. Fitri Sumatera is one of the best tour guides I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. What makes Fitri truly exceptional is her unique personality and ability to immediately put people at ease. She is warm, reliable, cheerful, and highly knowledgeable. Within a short time, she can lift your mood, make you feel relaxed, and turn an ordinary sightseeing experience into a genuinely memorable one. I was particularly impressed by her extensive knowledge of the history, geography, and statistics of Berastagi and Mount Sibayak. Her explanations of the volcanic landscape and ecology were fascinating, detailed, and exceptionally well presented. In fact, her commentary on volcanic ecology was more engaging and informative than anything I remember learning from my geography teachers at school. It is rare to encounter a tour guide who combines such deep knowledge with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuinely enjoyable personality. Fitri is not simply a guide who takes you from one place to another—she brings the destination to life. I highly recommend Ms. Fitri Sumatera to anyone visiting Berastagi and Mount Sibayak. She is an outstanding guide and will undoubtedly make your trip more enjoyable, informative, and memorable.

Hiking Mount Sibayak with Sipiso Piso Waterfall from Berastagi

Great guide and beautiful scenery

I absolutely recommend this experience, they were very helpful in changing the start time of the activity to meet our needs, we learned a lot about local flora and fauna and it was all very pleasant. As the icing on our guide had a camera with a big zoom and took pictures with the volcano background!! Great Service pickup from Medan.
