Car
If you are driving from any part of Mount Bromo, head towards the main road heading east from Bromo. Follow the signs to Tosari. Once in Tosari, take the direction towards Podokoyo. The journey from Bromo to Podokoyo should take around 30 minutes. As you approach Podokoyo, look for signs indicating Gn. Batok. You may need to park your car at designated parking areas nearby and continue on foot, as the area around Gn. Batok can be hiking-friendly but lacks direct vehicle access.

Public Transportation
To reach Gn. Batok via public transportation, start at the nearest town with a bus terminal such as Probolinggo. Take a minibus heading to Tosari. The minibus ride will take about 1-1.5 hours. From Tosari, you can hire a local ojek (motorcycle taxi) or take another minibus towards Podokoyo. The ojek will take you closer to Gn. Batok, but be prepared for the possibility of a short hike once you are dropped off. Expect to pay around IDR 20,000-40,000 for the ojek ride from Tosari to the nearest point to Gn. Batok.

If you are already near Podokoyo, you can hike to Gn. Batok. Start your hike from the parking area, following the marked trails leading to the volcano.
