    If you're traveling by car from Manado, take the Trans Sulawesi Highway (Jalan Raya Trans Sulawesi) towards Tomohon. The drive is approximately 45 minutes (around 25 km). Once you reach Tomohon, follow the signs to Kakaskasen Satu. After entering the Kakaskasen area, continue straight until you reach the entrance to Mount Mahawu. There may be signs directing you to the entrance. Parking is available near the entrance.
