If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Medan, the capital of North Sumatra. Take Jalan Lintas Sumatera heading southeast towards Pematang Siantar. Continue for approximately 90 kilometers (about 2 hours) until you reach the town of Pematang Sidamanik. From the center of Pematang Sidamanik, follow local signs to Bukit Sipolha, which is located in the Sipolha Horison area. The final stretch will be on smaller roads, and you should look for the PVM5+XP3 marker as you approach the site. Make sure to have a map or GPS ready as local road signs may not be clear.
