The final destination, Salib Kasih, is located at the coordinates 2.017744, 99.0014264, and is approximately 10 kilometers from the center of Tarutung. Parking is available near the site, and entry costs 5,000 IDR per person.

Public Transportation

From Medan, take a bus heading to Tarutung. The bus journey will take approximately 4-5 hours, and tickets typically cost around 60,000 IDR. Once you arrive in Tarutung, you can hire a local taxi or use a motorcycle taxi (ojek) to reach Salib Kasih, which is about 10 kilometers away. Be sure to negotiate the fare beforehand; it should be around 30,000 - 50,000 IDR. The taxi ride will take approximately 20 minutes.

Motorcycle Rental

For more adventurous travelers, consider renting a motorcycle in Tarutung. You can find rental shops near the bus terminal. Rental prices range from 75,000 - 150,000 IDR per day.
