Continue for approximately 30 km until you reach the junction towards Ebungfau. Turn left onto Jl. Ebungfau and follow this road for about 15 km. You will reach Atabar. Look for signage or ask locals for directions to Danau Emfote, which is located approximately 5 km from Atabar. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition as the roads may be rough in some areas.

To reach Danau Emfote via public transportation, take a bus from Jayapura to Sentani. The bus ride lasts about 30-45 minutes and costs around IDR 20,000. From Sentani, you can find a shared taxi (angkot) heading towards Ebungfau. This taxi ride will cost approximately IDR 50,000 and take about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Ebungfau, you can hire a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) to take you the final 5 km to Danau Emfote. The ojek ride typically costs around IDR 30,000.
