Getting there

Car

If you are driving from the central area of Batam City, head south on Jl. Yos Sudarso towards Jl. Diponegoro. Continue onto Jl. Jenderal Sudirman and follow the signs for the Sekanak Raya area. Once you reach Sekanak Raya, you will see signs directing you to Belakang Padang. The drive should take approximately 30 minutes. Note that parking may be limited near the ferry terminal.

Public Transportation (Bus + Ferry)

From Batam Center, take a local bus to the Batam Ferry Terminal. Buses run frequently and cost around IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000. Upon reaching the terminal, purchase a ferry ticket to Belakang Padang. The ferry ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around IDR 20,000 to IDR 50,000 depending on the operator. Once you arrive at Belakang Padang, you can either walk or take a local ojek (motorcycle taxi) to Sekanak Raya, which is nearby.
