If you prefer to ride a bicycle, rent one from a local rental shop in Chinatown. Start at Jl. Ki Mangunsarkoro and cycle southeast for about 500 meters. Turn left onto Jl. Wotgandul Timur and continue for another 200 meters. Pasar Imlek Semawis will be located on your right. Make sure to park your bike in a secure spot when you arrive.

You can take a local angkot (minibus) that operates within the Semarang area. Board an angkot going towards Jl. Wotgandul Timur. Inform the driver of your destination (Pasar Imlek Semawis) as it may not be a common stop. The fare is approximately IDR 5,000. Once you reach the stop, walk about 100 meters down Jl. Wotgandul Timur, and you will see the market on your left.
