It is quite hot in Borobudur depending on the weather, so measures such as sunscreen are necessary. We also sell parasols, sunglasses, and hats at the site. Since I attended in late September, perhaps because the summer vacation season was over, there were very few people, and I was very satisfied. The tour proceeded smoothly throughout, the lunch was satisfying, and since there's a gift shop, you can buy souvenirs. It's just the local culture, so the driving is rough.

Borobudur Private Tour From Semarang Port
Excellent tour
Excellent tour. Our guide for the day Adi and the driver were waiting just outside the port gate for us upon arrival. The Boradudur entrance ticket was for the ground only, it would have been nice to have an option to book the temple climb tickets during booking (as these are limited). Fortunately Adi and his company East Journey Travel upgraded our tickets for us and we did the climb with a temple guide. It is a 3 hour drive from the port, but we got back to the port with plenty of time to spare. A great experience and we be one of the highlights of our holiday.
