Car
If you're traveling by car, start your journey from Manado, the capital city of North Sulawesi. Head north on Jalan Raya Manado-Bitung, following signs for Likupang. After approximately 50 kilometers, you will reach the town of Likupang. Continue on the same road for another 10 kilometers until you see signs for Lihunu. Turn left onto the road leading to Lihunu and follow it for about 5 kilometers until you arrive at Coral Eye resort.
Public Transportation
To reach Coral Eye using public transportation, you can take a minibus (Angkot) from Manado to Likupang. These minibuses leave from the Malalayang area in Manado. The fare is around 30,000 IDR (approximately 2 USD). Once you reach Likupang, you will need to take a local taxi or motorbike taxi (ojek) to Lihunu, which should cost around 20,000 IDR (approximately 1.5 USD). The final leg involves a 5-kilometer ride to the Coral Eye resort.
Taxi
For a more comfortable and direct option, you can hire a taxi from Manado to Coral Eye. This will cost between 400,000 to 600,000 IDR (approximately 28 to 42 USD). The driver will take you directly to the resort, which is about a 1.5-hour drive depending on traffic. Ensure you agree on the fare before starting your journey.
