Car Rental
If you are starting from Palu, the capital city of Central Sulawesi, rent a car and drive towards Buol Regency. The journey is approximately 350 kilometers and takes around 7-8 hours. Follow the Trans Sulawesi Highway (Route 2) north, then take the exit towards Buol. From the center of Buol city, continue towards Kuala Besar, and follow local road signs to Sela mokoapat, located at 2XP5+49C, Kuala Besar.
Public Transportation - Bus
From Palu, you can take a bus from the main bus terminal to Buol. The bus ride takes about 8-10 hours and costs around IDR 100,000 - IDR 150,000. Once you arrive in Buol, hire a local taxi or use a motorcycle taxi (ojek) to reach Kuala Besar, and then follow local directions to Sela mokoapat.
Local Transportation - Ojek (Motorcycle Taxi)
Once you are in Kuala Besar, you can use an ojek to reach Sela mokoapat. It is advisable to negotiate the fare beforehand; costs can range from IDR 20,000 to IDR 50,000 depending on the distance and your bargaining skills.
