Car

If you have access to a car, start your journey from Kendari, the capital of Southeast Sulawesi. Head northeast on Jl. Mayjen S. Parman, which will lead you out of the city. Continue for about 70 km, following signs toward North Konawe Regency. Once you reach the junction, take the road toward Pantai Taipa. The final destination is located at the coordinates 79CV+52R, Pantai Taipa, Unnamed Rd, Taipa, Kec. Lembo, Kabupaten Konawe Utara, Sulawesi Tenggara 93352. The drive takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic conditions. Make sure to have a GPS or a reliable map app to guide you through the rural roads.

Public Transportation

To reach Taipa Beach via public transportation, start by taking a minibus (angkot) from the Kendari terminal to the town of Unaaha. The fare is usually around IDR 30,000 to IDR 50,000. Upon arrival in Unaaha, you will need to transfer to another local minibus heading toward Pantai Taipa. This leg of the journey may cost around IDR 20,000 to IDR 30,000. The total travel time may take around 3 to 4 hours. Be sure to confirm with the bus drivers or local residents about the latest routes and schedules, as they can change frequently.
