Car
If you are driving from Ubud to Melasti Beach, start by heading south on Jl. Raya Ubud. Continue on this road, which will eventually lead you to Jl. Raya Sakah. Follow the signs towards Kuta and then merge onto Jl. Sunset Road. After about 20 km, take the exit toward Jl. Melasti Ungasan. Continue on Jl. Melasti Ungasan for about 5 km. The beach will be on your left. Note that there is an entrance fee of 20,000 IDR (approximately $1.50 USD) per person.

Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Melasti Beach via public transportation from Ubud, you can take a Kura-Kura Bus (a local shuttle service). From Ubud, find the nearest Kura-Kura Bus stop, and board the bus heading to Kuta. The ride will take about 1 hour. Get off at the Kuta stop and transfer to another Kura-Kura Bus that goes to Jimbaran. This bus will take you closer to the Ungasan area. Once you arrive in Ungasan, you can either take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to Melasti Beach, which is about 10 minutes away. Remember to carry some cash to pay for the bus fare, which is approximately 50,000 IDR (around $3.50 USD) for the entire trip.

If you prefer a more direct route from Ubud to Melasti Beach, consider using a taxi or a ride-sharing service such as Grab. Simply input 'Melasti Beach' as your destination. The drive will take around 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The cost may range from 200,000 to 300,000 IDR (approximately $14 to $21 USD). Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your trip.
