Car
If you are traveling by car, start by getting on the main highway towards Garut. From Bandung, take the Soreang-Pasir Koja Toll Road (TOL Soreang-Pasir Koja) and continue to the Garut exit. Once you exit, follow the signs towards Garut City. As you approach Garut, look for the signs pointing towards Pakenjeng. Continue on the road, and when you reach the intersection at Pakenjeng, turn onto the road that leads to Kp. Kombongan. The entrance to Curug Sanghyang Taraje will be a short drive from there. Make sure to check your GPS for the exact route as local conditions may affect road accessibility.
Public Transportation
To reach Curug Sanghyang Taraje using public transport, first, take a bus from your location to Garut. Buses from major cities like Bandung regularly depart for Garut at several terminals, such as Terminal Leuwi Panjang. Once in Garut, you can take a local angkot (minibus) towards Pakenjeng. Inform the driver you are heading to Kp. Kombongan, and they will drop you off at the nearest point. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of Curug Sanghyang Taraje. Be prepared for potential walking on uneven terrain to reach the waterfall.
Motorbike
If you're comfortable riding a motorbike, you can rent one in Garut City. Follow the same route as by car, heading towards Pakenjeng. Riding a motorbike may allow you to take smaller roads that lead directly to the waterfall. Ensure you have a map or GPS, as some local roads can be tricky to navigate.
