If you're driving from Bandung, head northeast on Jalan Dipati Ukur toward Jalan Cimanuk. Continue on Jalan Cimanuk, then turn left onto Jalan Raya Ciburial. Follow this road until you reach Taman Hutan Raya Juanda. Look for signs directing you to Gua Belanda. There is parking available at the entrance of Taman Hutan Raya Juanda, which may incur a small fee (around IDR 5,000-10,000). Once parked, walk towards the cave entrance.
