If you're driving from Bandung, head northwest on Jl. Dipatiukur toward Jl. Sersan Bajuri. Continue on Jl. Sersan Bajuri for approximately 8 km. Jendela Alam will be on your left at Komplek Graha Puspa, Jl. Sersan Bajuri No.KM 4, RW.5, Cihideung, Kec. Parongpong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Jawa Barat 40559. Look for the sign on the roadside as it can be easy to miss.

Take a public bus from Bandung to Lembang. You can catch the bus at the Leuwipanjang Terminal. Once you arrive at Lembang, transfer to a local angkot (minibus) that goes toward Cihideung. Inform the driver that you are heading to Jendela Alam. The angkot will drop you off near the entrance, and you may need to walk a short distance to reach the attraction.
