If you are driving from Bandung, head east on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta towards Jalan Moh. Toha. Continue on Jalan Moh. Toha and merge onto the Purbaleunyi Toll Road (Toll Road 1). After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit towards Subang. Follow the signs towards Ciater and continue onto Jalan Raya Ciater. After about 15 minutes, you will reach Ciater natural hot spring, located at 7M65+28J, Nagrak, Ciater, Subang Regency.

From Bandung, you can take a bus from the Leuwi Panjang Bus Terminal to Subang. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Subang, you can take a local minibus (angkot) heading to Ciater. The angkot ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver you are going to Ciater hot spring. The final stop will be near the hot spring.
