If you are driving from Jakarta, take the Jakarta-Bogor-Ciawi Toll Road (Jagorawi) and follow the signs towards Sukabumi. Continue on Jalan Raya Sukabumi until you reach the town of Sukabumi. From Sukabumi, take Jalan Raya Ujung Genteng. Follow this road for approximately 2 hours, passing through scenic landscapes and small villages, until you arrive at Cibuaya Beach, located at MC33+43P Pantai Cibuaya, Ujung Genteng, Ciracap, Sukabumi Regency. Make sure to use a GPS or a reliable map app for navigation, as some areas might not have clear signage.
Public Transportation
To reach Cibuaya Beach via public transportation, start by taking a train from Jakarta to Sukabumi. The train departs from Gambir Station and takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at Sukabumi Station, take a local angkot (minibus) or a taxi to the bus terminal. From the bus terminal, catch a bus heading towards Ujung Genteng. The bus ride will take about 2 hours. After arriving in Ujung Genteng, you can take another angkot or a motorcycle taxi to Cibuaya Beach, which is about 15 minutes away. Be sure to confirm the bus schedule in advance as it may vary.
