Car
If you're driving from Mataram, the capital of West Nusa Tenggara, take the route via the Trans-Sumbawa highway (Route 1). Follow the signs towards West Sumbawa. The journey will take approximately 2-3 hours (around 120 km). Once you reach Jereweh, look for signs directing you to Beru. The waterfall is located about 10 km from Jereweh. You may need to ask locals for the exact road to Beru, as it is a smaller road. Once in Beru, park your car at a safe spot and follow the walking path to the waterfall, which is about a 30-minute trek through nature.

Public Transportation
From Mataram, take a bus or minivan to Sumbawa Besar. The fare is around IDR 50,000-100,000 and the journey takes about 3-4 hours. In Sumbawa Besar, switch to a local bus heading to Jereweh. The fare should be around IDR 30,000-50,000 and takes around 1 hour. Once in Jereweh, you can either hire a motorcycle taxi (ojek) or take a local angkot (shared minivan) to Beru. Expect to pay around IDR 20,000-30,000 for this last leg. Upon reaching Beru, you will need to walk approximately 30 minutes to reach the waterfall.

Motorcycle Rental
For a more adventurous option, you can rent a motorcycle in Mataram. Rental prices are generally around IDR 100,000-150,000 per day. Follow the same route as if you were driving a car via the Trans-Sumbawa highway. The journey will take about 2-3 hours to Jereweh. After reaching Jereweh, continue to Beru, where you can park your motorcycle. The trek to the waterfall is a 30-minute walk, so be prepared for some light hiking.
