From Yogyakarta city center, head to the Giwangan Bus Station. You can take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to get there. Look for a bus heading to Wonosari, which is the capital of Gunung Kidul Regency. Once you board the bus, inform the driver you want to get off at Tlogo. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. After getting off at Tlogo, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer uphill to reach Gunung Nglanggeran.
