Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From Yogyakarta city center, head to the nearest Trans Jogja bus stop. Take the Trans Jogja bus number 1A or 1B heading towards Prambanan. Get off at the Prambanan Temple stop. From there, you can either take a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) or a short walk to Plaosan Lor Temple, which is approximately 1.5 kilometers away. If walking, head east on Jl. Raya Prambanan, then turn left onto Jl. Candi Plaosan, and continue until you reach the temple.

    Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Yogyakarta. Start your journey by heading towards the north on Jl. Malioboro until you reach the intersection with Jl. Prawirotaman.
