Getting There

• Bus

  From downtown Burlington, head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Look for the Greyhound or local transit bus that services routes to Jeffersonville. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arriving in Jeffersonville, disembark at the designated stop. From there, walk south along Vermont Route 108 for about 10 minutes until you reach the Smugglers' Notch Base Lodge.

• Bicycle

  If you're up for a biking adventure, start from the Burlington waterfront and head north on the bike path. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with Main Street and take a left. Continue on Main Street until you reach Vermont Route 108. Turn right and bike south for about 12 miles. The Smugglers' Notch Base Lodge will be on your left. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic laws.

• Walking

  If you enjoy walking, start at the center of Burlington and make your way to the nearest bus stop to catch a ride to Jeffersonville, as the distance is quite long for a walk. Alternatively, if you prefer to walk part of the way, head north on Main Street towards the bike path and follow the path as far as you can, but be prepared for a considerable distance if you choose to walk all the way to the lodge.

  For a more direct route, you can call for a taxi or use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply enter 'Smugglers' Notch Base Lodge, South Vermont Route 108, Jeffersonville, VT' as your destination. The drive should take about 30-40 minutes from Burlington, depending on traffic.
