From downtown Burlington, start at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Main Street. Head east on Jefferson Street for about 0.5 miles. You will pass several shops and cafes. Continue until you reach the intersection with 4th Street. Turn left (north) onto 4th Street and walk for about 0.2 miles. After crossing the railway tracks, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn right (east) onto Washington Street and walk for another 0.3 miles. Mary Darwin House will be located on your left. Look for the house number 52601.

If you are near the Burlington Transit Center, take the Blue Line bus towards North Hill. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the 4th Street and Washington Street stop.
