Walk south on 4th St for about 0.5 miles until you reach W Broadway St. Cross W Broadway St and continue walking on 4th St. After you pass the intersection with Main St, keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Park Ave. Turn right onto Park Ave and proceed for about 0.3 miles. The Kinsman Monument will be located at the intersection of Park Ave and 9th St, surrounded by Civil War cannons.
