You can check the DART website for the latest schedule and routes. Get on the bus heading towards the 'Evelyn Davis Park' stop. Once you arrive at the stop, you will be just a short walk away from River Bend Neighborhood. Head south on College Avenue for about five minutes, and you will arrive at the neighborhood located at 699 College Ave.

    Bicycle

    If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations around Des Moines. From downtown, head south on the bike lanes along 2nd Avenue, then turn right onto E 6th Street. Follow this street until you reach College Avenue, then head south on College Avenue until you reach 699 College Ave, which is the heart of the River Bend Neighborhood and near Evelyn Davis Park.
