If you're traveling by car within the Driftless Area, the most direct route to Whispering Meadows Resort & River Ridge ATV Trails is to head to Spragueville, Iowa. From the center of Dubuque, take US-61 N for approximately 20 miles. Then, take the exit for IA-136 N towards Maquoketa. Continue on IA-136 N for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with 100th St. Turn right onto 100th St and continue for about 1 mile. The resort will be on your left at 34580 100th St, Spragueville, IA 52074. There is no parking fee at the resort.
