If you are starting from downtown Fort Dodge, head north on 1st Avenue North. Continue walking until you reach 5th Street North. Turn right (east) onto 5th Street North and walk until you reach Williams Drive. Turn left (north) onto Williams Drive. Continue straight for about half a mile, and you will see Snell-Crawford Park on your right, at the intersection of Williams Drive and 12th Avenue North.
