From Gitchie Manitou State Preserve, head east on 190th St toward IA-2 E. Turn right onto IA-2 E and continue for approximately 14 miles. Merge onto I-29 N toward Sioux Falls. After about 30 miles, take exit 81 for I-229 N toward Sioux Falls. Continue on I-229 N for about 3 miles, then take exit 1B for 12th St. Turn right onto 12th St and follow it for about 3 miles. Turn left onto S Perry Pl, and the Mary Jo Wegner Arboretum will be on your left at 1900 S Perry Pl, Sioux Falls, SD 57110. Total driving time is approximately 1 hour.
