    From your location in Palisades State Park, exit the park and head west on SD-42. Turn left onto I-29 South. Continue on I-29 for approximately 8 miles. Take exit 1 for US-75 toward Larchwood. Merge onto US-75 and continue for about 5 miles. Follow the signs for Gitchie Manitou State Preserve, which will be located on your right at 52141 Adams Ave, Larchwood, IA 51241. Parking is available on-site.
