Then, take exit 272 for US-61 S toward Dubuque. Merge onto US-61 S and follow it for about 12 miles until you reach Edgewood. Once in Edgewood, follow the signs to Bixby State Preserve, which is located off Bixby Road. The preserve is situated at 42.675259 latitude and -91.3993934 longitude. There is no entrance fee for the preserve.

    Public Transportation

Depending on your starting point, you may need to take a bus to a larger hub (like Dubuque) and then transfer to a bus that services Edgewood.
