If you are driving from a location along the Great River Road, head west towards IA-76 N. Continue on IA-76 N for approximately 10 miles until you reach the intersection with IA-18 W. Turn left onto IA-18 W and follow it for about 7 miles. You will then turn right onto State Forest Rd, which will take you directly to Yellow River State Forest. The park entrance is located at 729 State Forest Rd, Harpers Ferry, IA 52146. Please note that there is no entrance fee required.
