From the center of Newton, head east on 1st Ave E toward N 2nd Ave E. Continue onto E 2nd St N. Turn left onto N 4th Ave E, then take a right onto E 4th St N. Follow E 4th St N until you reach the intersection with N 10th Ave E. Turn left and continue until you reach E 15th St N. Cross over to E 15th St N and follow it to the Newton Public Library. From the library, continue walking on E 15th St N until you reach the crossroad with Massachusetts Ave. The MIT Chapel will be located at 48 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02139.

Start at the Newton Transit Center located at 1000 1st Ave N. Board the local bus heading towards the nearest train station. Once at the train station, take the train to Boston. From Boston, transfer to the subway and take the Red Line towards Alewife. Get off at the Kendall/MIT Station.
