The Meet Ottumwa Visitor Center is located at 102 Church St in downtown Ottumwa. From most points in the downtown area, it is easily accessible on foot. From the Bridge View Center, walk west along Church Street; the visitor center will be on your right, across from the Beach Ottumwa water park. There is no cost associated with walking.
