    If you are in downtown Sioux City, start by walking towards the Sioux City Public Library located at 529 Pierce St. From there, head north on Pierce St until you reach 4th St. Turn left onto 4th St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Nebraska St. Cross Nebraska St and continue straight on 4th St. This road will eventually turn into Talbot Rd. Follow Talbot Rd, and after approximately 1.5 miles, you will reach the entrance to Stone State Park located at 5001 Talbot Rd.

    For those cycling from downtown Sioux City, begin your journey on the bike path along the Missouri River. Head north on the bike path until you reach the intersection with 4th St. From there, turn east, riding on 4th St until you connect with Talbot Rd. Follow Talbot Rd for about 1.5 miles.
