Elk Rock State Park is located east of Highway 14, north of Knoxville, Iowa. From Knoxville, head north on Highway 14 for approximately 6 miles. The park entrance is on the east side of the highway. There is no fee to enter the park. Parking is available near the boat ramps and campgrounds.
