    To reach Volga River State Recreation Area from any point in Yellow River State Forest by car, exit the forest area and head southeast on County Road X32. Continue for approximately 7 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 150. Turn left onto Highway 150. After about 5 miles, turn right onto Ivy Road. Follow Ivy Road for about 2 miles until you arrive at 10225 Ivy Rd, Fayette, IA 52142, the entrance to the Volga River State Recreation Area. Parking is available at the site, and there are no parking fees.
