Walking
If you are starting from Erbil Citadel, head north towards the main road, 60 Meter Street. Walk along this road for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with 30 Meter Street. Turn left onto 30 Meter Street and continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto 40 Meter Street. Continue for another 10 minutes until you see a large park area on your right side. This is چەوەکە (Chewaka Park). You can enter the park from any of the entrances along this road.
Public Transport (Minibus)
From Erbil's main bus terminal, take a minibus that is heading towards the city center. Inform the driver that you wish to go to چەوەکە. The fare is usually around 500 IQD. The minibus will drop you off near the park entrance. From there, walk a short distance toward the park; the entrance will be easily visible.
Taxi
If you prefer a taxi, you can easily find one at any major location in Erbil. Show the driver the address '5XRV+26C, Erbil' or say 'چەوەکە'. The fare should be around 1,000 to 2,000 IQD depending on your current location in Erbil. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of چەوەکە.
