From the Erbil Citadel, head northeast on Salahaddin Street. Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Halabja Street. Turn left onto Halabja Street and walk for about 500 meters. Minara Park will be on your right-hand side. There is no cost for walking.

From the main bus station in Erbil, find a microbus heading towards Halabja Street. Inform the driver that you want to go to Minara Park. The journey should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the Halabja Street bus stop near the park, and then walk about 5 minutes east along Halabja Street to reach the entrance of Minara Park. The bus fare is approximately 500 IQD.
