Majidi Land, formerly known as Majid Park until 2014, is a sprawling amusement park located on Koya Street in Kasnazan, Erbil. Situated about 4 km east of Majidi Mall and near Hewa City, it was established in 2009 by Mr. Haji Ahamad as a leisure park for the Kurdistan Region. The park is owned by Hewa Holding Company since 2015 and has grown to become one of the largest amusement parks in the region.Majidi Land boasts over 100 rides and attractions, including a dinosaur park inspired by Jurassic Park, a roller coaster, and various carnival games. The park uses a card system for pricing, with an entrance fee that grants access to many free rides, while some attractions require additional payment. Children under 3 feet enter for free. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dining options, including fast food and local cuisine, with several kiosks offering snacks and refreshments.The park is known for hosting special events and festivals, making it a vibrant hub of excitement.
