Nawroz City is a modern residential complex located in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Constructed starting in 2011 and ready for occupancy by 2013, it represents a significant development in Erbil's urban landscape. The complex comprises eight buildings, with half having nine floors and the other half eight floors.Located on 120m Road, behind Majidi Mall on Koya Road, Nawroz City is situated in a bustling area of Erbil. This location provides residents with convenient access to numerous shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The complex offers apartments in two sizes: 130 m2 apartments with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, and 165 m2 apartments featuring three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a balcony. These apartments are designed with modern finishes and appliances. Nawroz City also includes recreational facilities such as playgrounds, green spaces, and fitness centers.
