This location provides residents with convenient access to numerous shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The complex offers apartments in two sizes: 130 m2 apartments with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, and 165 m2 apartments featuring three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a balcony.
