Starting from the city center of Mosul, make your way towards the eastern bank of the Tigris River. Head east on Al-Mansour Street until you reach the intersection with Al-Najaf Street. Turn left onto Al-Najaf Street and continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Al-Farouq Street. Turn right onto Al-Farouq Street and walk straight for another 500 meters, where you will see a park on your left. منصة الاحتفالات is located within this area, known for its recreational spaces and gathering spots.

If you are near the Great Mosque of al-Nuri, exit the mosque area and head towards Al-Mansour Street. Walk straight along Al-Mansour Street for about 1.5 kilometers. Once you reach the intersection with Al-Najaf Street, turn right and proceed for 500 meters. The park where منصة الاحتفالات is located will be on your left side.

From the Mosul Museum, exit and head south on Al-Mosul Street. Continue for approximately 800 meters until you reach Al-Mansour Street. Turn left onto Al-Mansour Street and walk for 1 kilometer. At the intersection with Al-Farouq Street, turn right and walk straight for another 500 meters, and you will find منصة الاحتفالات on your left within the park area.
