Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the central area of Mosul, head towards Al-Nuri Mosque, which is a well-known landmark. From Al-Nuri Mosque, walk east towards the Tigris River. Once you reach the riverbank, continue walking north along the river until you reach the intersection with Al-Mosul Al-Jadidah Street. Turn left onto Al-Mosul Al-Jadidah Street and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes until you see a sign for منتزه المصارف on your right. The park is located at coordinates 36.3862345 latitude and 43.1803884 longitude.

• Public Transport

  If you prefer public transport, locate the nearest bus stop to your current location. Take any bus heading towards the Left Coast area of Mosul. Inform the driver that you want to get off near منتزه المصارف. The bus ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you disembark, walk towards the river and follow the same route as described above from Al-Mosul Al-Jadidah Street.

• Bicycle

  For those who are comfortable riding a bicycle, start from the main square in Mosul. Head south towards Khansar Street, then take a right onto Al-Mosul Al-Jadidah Street. Continue riding straight for about 2 kilometers. You will eventually reach the intersection near the Tigris River. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to منتزه المصارف, which will be on your right side as you approach the river.
