If you are driving, start from the center of Qadisiyyah and head towards the main road leading to Baghdad. Follow the signs for 'Baghdad' and continue on the highway. After approximately 30 kilometers, keep an eye out for the exit towards 'Al-Sadiyah' and take that exit. Continue driving for about 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection of Al-Sadiyah. Turn right and follow the road for another 5 kilometers. Saidiya Park will be on your left. Ensure you have enough fuel as there are limited service stations along this route.
