You can take a shared taxi or minibus from the main transportation hubs in Duhok towards Zawa Mountain. The cost is approximately 500 IQD per person. Ask the driver to drop you off near the entrance of Zawa Park.
Walking
If you are near the base of Zawa Mountain, you can walk to Zawa Park. Follow the main road leading up the mountain. The walk is steep in some sections and takes about 45 minutes. Ensure you have appropriate footwear and water.
