Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the city center of Zakho. Head southeast on the main road (Duhok-Zakho Road) towards Duhok. Continue for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at the roundabout to stay on Duhok-Zakho Road. After about 2 kilometers, you will see a sign for Nawroz Park on your right. Turn right onto the access road which leads directly to Nawroz Park. Parking is available near the entrance.
Public Transport
To visit Nawroz Park via public transportation, find the nearest bus station in Zakho, which is usually located near the city center. Look for a minibus or shared taxi heading towards Duhok. Inform the driver to drop you off at the Nawroz Park stop. The fare is typically around 1,000-2,000 IQD (Iraqi Dinar). Once you arrive at the stop, walk approximately 500 meters to reach the entrance of Nawroz Park, following the signs towards the park.
