Ferry
The most common way to reach Ard Einne House is by ferry from either Rossaveel (year-round) or Galway City (seasonal, April-September). From Rossaveel, the ferry journey takes about 40 minutes. From Galway City, the ferry takes approximately 90 minutes. Upon arrival at Kilronan pier, Ard Einne House is approximately 2km away. You can take a taxi from the pier for around €10-€15, or rent a bike and cycle to the accommodation. Alternatively, pre-arrange a pick-up with Ard Einne House for a seamless transfer. Walking is also an option, taking approximately 25-30 minutes.
Walking
From Kilronan Pier, turn left and follow the main road (coast road) out of the village. Continue along this road for approximately 2km. You will pass the Inis Mór airport on your left. Ard Einne House will be on your left, a short distance after the airport. The walk is relatively flat and takes around 25-30 minutes.
