Continue along Coosan Road for approximately 500 meters. The Abbey and Graveyard will be on your right. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes from the town center.

From Athlone Bus Station, take Bus Éireann route 23 towards Ballinasloe. Get off at the Coosan Road stop. From there, walk approximately 300 meters down Coosan Road in the direction of the town center. The Franciscan Abbey and Graveyard will be on your right. A single fare on Bus Éireann within Athlone typically costs around €2-€3, and you can use a TFI Leap Card for easier payment.
